I will need all copy, images and brand assets that relate to the home page and main service page you’d like to focus on, ahead of the website booking. I will provide further guidance on this.

I will customise your chosen template to use your brand colour palette, logo, motifs, images and copy and fonts. I will also tweak the layout as needed to best suit your business needs. You can easily change all of these things yourself for future updates and I will talk you through how to do this.

Yes, There will be opportunity for review and feedback and one round of revisions before the website is transferred to you during the design week.

You will receive a fully customised home page and main service page. You’ll be provided with everything you need to build out your own additional pages (that will already match your brand colours), but if you'd rather have me do it for you, you’ll have the chance to upgrade to a done-for-you Design Day to add more customised pages or design brand assets.

Websites are typically ready within one week of your design slot starting - occasionally longer if there is additional brand design or pages to be customised. Prior to the design slot you will need to allow enough time to gather your content, so this will determine overall timeframes.

I build all websites on the Squarespace platform which will be subject to Squarespace hosting fees - ‘Business’ is the most likely plan you’ll need. I am a Squarespace Circle member and you’ll receive 20% off your first year hosting. If you don’t already own a domain name there will be a small cost when you register that, plus fees for any other third party platforms you may choose to integrate, such as an email platform or booking software.

I will customise the template whilst in trial mode and then add you as an administrator. You will receive an email when I do this and if you don’t yet have a Squarespace account, you will create one. You can then connect your domain name and make the Squarespace hosting payment (this will have a 20% discount). Once the site is live I will transfer ownership to you.

Yes! Your new website will be built as a fresh trial site. Once it's ready, you'll transfer your domain, cancel your old site, and start your new plan. Squarespace will typically refund the unused portion of your old subscription  if you are on an annual plan (contact support) - and you'll get 20% off your new annual plan.

If your current website is hosted on a different platform, you can still use this service - you’ll just need to transfer your domain over to Squarespace when we’re ready to launch.

No, my templates are only available for use on Squarespace sites. Squarespace is one of the easiest platforms to manage and maintain. It’s very user-friendly, mobile responsive and has great SEO capabilities. 

Yes, although my specialism and personal experience is the wellness industry and my templates are designed with wellness businesses in mind, they will also work for other service-based businesses as long as the overall website needs are similar.

Yes! I offer Design Days for things like digital product creation, branded mockups, logos, and more. These can be added alongside your website project or booked separately when needed.

You’ll receive an invoice at the time of booking. Once payment is received, your design slot is secured. Your customised site will be completed and transferred to you within one week of your content being received. If you need to split payment this can be discussed.

You’ll get two weeks of post-launch support via email or Voxer to help you feel confident with your new website and provide any resources you need. You will also have access to a 25% discount on a Design Day for 30 days from the time of transfer should you want further design support.
