Within 48 business hours of purchase, I will send you a contributor invitation email from Squarespace. Once you accept this invitation, the template will be added to your account. At this time you will also receive access to the Template Toolkit so you can get everything ready for your website build.

I will customise the template whilst in trial mode and then, once the design is finalised, add you as an administrator. You will receive an email when I do this and if you don’t yet have a Squarespace account, you will create one. You can then connect your domain name and make the Squarespace hosting payment (this will have a 20% discount). Once the site is live I will transfer ownership to you.

All templates are fully customisable - whether you build yourself or have me customise there template for you. Colours, fonts, shapes, layouts, images etc can also be switched up easily. The template Toolkit will guide your through these steps.

I build all websites on the Squarespace platform which will be subject to Squarespace hosting fees - ‘Business’ is the most likely plan you’ll need. I am a Squarespace Circle member and you’ll receive 20% off your first year hosting. If you don’t already own a domain name there will be a small cost when you register that, plus fees for any other third party platforms you may choose to integrate, such as an email platform or booking software.

Yes! Your new website will be delivered as a fresh trial site. Once it's ready, you'll transfer your domain, cancel your old site, and start your new plan. Squarespace will typically refund the unused portion of your old subscription  if you are on an annual plan (contact support) - and you'll get 20% off your new annual plan.

If you book the Front Door Refresh, then I will coordinate adding the homepage your choose to your existing website.

If your current website is hosted on a different platform, you can still use this service - you’ll just need to transfer your domain over to your new Squarespace site when we’re ready to launch.

No, my templates are only available for use on Squarespace sites. Squarespace is one of the easiest platforms to manage and maintain. It’s very user-friendly, mobile responsive and has great SEO capabilities. 

Yes, although my specialism and personal experience is the wellness industry and my templates are designed with wellness businesses in mind, they will also work for other service-based businesses as long as the overall website needs are similar.

Yes! I offer Design Days for things like additional page customisation, digital product creation, branded mockups, logos, and more. These can be added alongside your website project or booked separately when needed. I offer a 25% discount if booked within 30 days of your website purchase.

You’ll get two weeks of post-launch support via email or Voxer to help you feel confident with your new website and provide any resources you need. You will also have access to a 25% discount on a Design Day for 30 days from the time of purchase should you want further design support.

Because of the digital nature of the website templatesa and toolkit, all sales are final. For a project cancellation during the bespoke customisation service, the proportion of design work remaining will be refunded at my discretion.
